Product Overview

The HXPC50 Double Column Flaps Folding Carton Sealer is professional automatic end-packaging equipment dedicated to flap folding and tape sealing of finished cartons. Open-top cartons are conveyed steadily into the machine for continuous automatic processing.

The equipment first folds the carton's upper flaps downward in place, then delivers the carton to the sealing unit, where adhesive tape is applied simultaneously to both top and bottom seams for full sealing. Completely sealed and finished cartons are automatically discharged for subsequent palletizing or shipment procedures.

Featuring a stable conveying speed of 18 meters per minute, the machine provides high-speed, consistent and reliable carton sealing for industrial packaging lines.
