Description

HX20EPL Elastic Pen Loop Applying Machine with 3 to 10mm Loop Diameter is a specialized machine that applies one elastic pen loop onto notebook, agenda, or diary cases or already cased-in products using hot-melt glue. Manual positioning of flat covers or cased-in notebooks on the feeder is followed by cutting the elastic band directly from the roll, automatic positioning and threading in the pre-made cuts, automatic hot-melt gluing and pressing, and delivery of the final product back to the operator. It handles loop diameters of 3-10mm, cover lengths of 100-300mm, and runs at 1000-1200 pcs/h.
