Description

HX20EPL Elastic Pen Loop Applying Machine with 6 to 30mm Elastic Width is a specialized machine that applies one elastic pen loop onto notebook, agenda, or diary cases or already cased-in products by hot-melt glue. The operator manually positions the flat covers or cased-in notebooks on the feeder, and the machine cuts the elastic band from the roll, automatically positions and threads it in the pre-made cuts, applies hot-melt glue, presses the elastic, and delivers the final product back to the operator. It handles elastic widths of 6-30mm, loop diameters of 3-10mm, and runs at 1000-1200 pcs/h with 2.5Kw power.
