HX60BCR Automatic Book Block Round Corner Trimming Machine

The HXCP HX60BCR is a high-productivity automatic round-corner trimming solution for book blocks used in diaries and notebooks, perfect-bound books, board books, and photo books. It can be linked directly with a three-knife trimmer: after three-side trimming, book blocks are transferred to the trimmer stack by the automatic feeder.

A patented precision single-angle positioning trimming system delivers accurate, smooth round corners, and the corner molds are quick and easy to replace. Automatic counting and stacking keep the entire process fully hands-free and highly efficient. The machine runs at up to 40 pcs/min, handles book block thicknesses of 10–60 mm, and requires only 15–20 minutes for job changeover.
