HX60BCR Book Block Corner Rounding Trimming Machine

The HXCP HX60BCR Automatic High-speed Book Block Round Corner Trimming Machine is the ideal high-output choice for round-corner trimming diaries and notebooks, perfect-bound books, board books, and photo book blocks. It integrates with a three-knife trimmer, with the automatic feeder transferring book blocks to the trimmer stack after three-side trimming. The patented precision single-angle positioning trimming system delivers precise, smooth round corners, and corner molds can be changed easily. With automatic counting and stacking, the whole process is fully hands-free and highly efficient. It delivers speeds of up to 40 pcs/min, accommodates book block thicknesses from 10 to 60 mm, and completes job changeovers in just 15–20 minutes.
