HX60BCR Book Block Corner Rounding Trimming Machine

Product Overview

The HXCP HX60BCR Automatic High-speed Book Block Round Corner Trimming Machine is an ideal high-productivity solution for round-corner trimming of book blocks used in diaries and notebooks, perfect-bound books, board books, and photo books. It can be linked with a three-knife trimmer; after three-side trimming, book blocks are transferred to the trimmer stack by the automatic feeder.

The patented precision single-angle positioning trimming system ensures accurate, smooth round corners, while corner molds are easy to replace. Automatic counting and stacking make the entire process fully hands-free and highly efficient. It runs at up to 40 pcs/min, handles book block thicknesses of 10–60 mm, and requires only 15–20 minutes for job changeover.
