The Center Saddle Thread Sewing with Thread End Lock and Inward Folding Machine is specifically developed for central saddle thread sewing and inward folding processing of notebooks, exercise books, bank account books, passports, manuals, and hardcover book blocks. Workpieces are loaded manually, while the majority of subsequent procedures run automatically.
Processes include fiber optic sensor controlled central thread sewing, automatic thread trimming, central half folding, book pressing, and finished product delivery. Equipped with a unique patented Thread End Lock function during stitching, the machine effectively eliminates loose thread ends by firmly fastening thread ends inside the last 1-3 pinholes for stable stitching quality. The adjustable working speed ranges from 800 to 1800 books per hour.
Combining central thread sewing, inward folding and spine pressing into one unit, the machine streamlines the post-press workflow for stitched books. Fiber optic control system guarantees accurate sewing triggering. The unique thread locking mechanism avoids loose tails without extra manual trimming or rework. It is widely adopted for producing bank account books, notebooks and official certificates that demand high stitching reliability. Continuous automatic operation enhances overall throughput and unifies finishing quality standards.
