The HX681 Hardcover Book Interleaving Pile Stacking Machine is dedicated automated post-press stacking equipment for hardcover publications. It supports flexible inline installation on finishing lines and can be configured as a terminal stacking collector or a through-type intermediate conveying unit according to production demands.

Equipped with synchronously rotating turntable platforms, the machine can rotate hardcover books by 90° or 180° precisely without damaging book appearance and keeps books neatly shaped all the time. It is designed to automate the whole pre-packaging sorting and stacking workflow for books and magazines, with a processing capacity of up to 50 books per minute. Featuring excellent mechanical stability, the machine greatly cuts manual labor consumption and can be seamlessly matched with different types of book binding and finishing production lines.
