The HX150DH Three-knife Trimmer is premium three-side cutting machinery customized for perfect-bound books and book blocks, delivering outstanding high-precision trimming performance for post-press finishing workflows. It boasts dual flexible working modes to satisfy diversified production needs: it can run independently for small and medium batch orders, or be seamlessly linked with high-speed perfect binding lines for fully automated mass production, offering great layout flexibility for printing factories of all scales.

This trimmer features a stable independent cutting speed of 4,200 cuts per hour with consistent, neat trimming quality. Its optimized mechanical transmission and positioning structure enable perfect synchronization with top-tier perfect binding production lines, supporting an overall line throughput as high as 18,000 books per hour. It effectively eliminates trimming bottlenecks in high-volume continuous binding production and greatly lifts the overall automation efficiency of the whole workshop.
