The Bundling Machine is an indispensable pre-processing device for printing and bookbinding workshops, specially developed for compacting folded signatures and finished book blocks before bundling. Powered by stable hydraulic drive, it applies adjustable heavy pressure to squeeze book stacks tightly, eliminating loose layers and air gaps inside signatures. After compacting, book blocks become neat and firm, which greatly simplifies subsequent manual tying and bundling work. The processed compact stacks are convenient for long-term warehouse storage, as well as follow-up back gluing and spine paper pasting procedures, effectively reducing processing defects caused by loose book blocks.

Operators can flexibly adjust compression force according to different paper thicknesses, book quantities and processing requirements.
