Product Description

The Semi Auto Book Block Gluing Machine is a professional semi-automatic gluing device specially developed for back gluing processing of sewn book blocks. It targets the traditional manual gluing matters such as uneven glue coating, low efficiency and heavy labor dependence, providing standardized, stable and high-quality back gluing solutions for bookbinding and printing factories.

The machine adopts a standardized and streamlined working procedure to complete the whole gluing process efficiently. It starts with automatic feeding and precise pressing of book blocks to ensure stable positioning and avoid offset during processing. Equipped with bottom roller and glue tank structure, it realizes uniform and quantitative cold glue coating on the book spine, effectively preventing glue overflow, missing coating and uneven glue layer that commonly occur in manual operation.

After gluing, the book blocks are automatically delivered to the professional drying channel, which is equipped with hot air blowing and infrared drying lights. The dual drying system achieves fast and even glue curing, ensuring firm adhesion of the book block back, avoiding loose pages and poor bonding, and greatly improving the firmness and durability of finished books.
