Product Description

HX420CSR Automatic Hardcover Case Spine Rounding Machine is used to shape and round the hardcover spine, to match the round back book block for casing in. This machine adopts pneumatic forming and round back mold heating by air cylinder, making it easy and efficient to round the hardcover case spine. The mold with different radii is easy to change, according to the book thickness, and the forming time and heating temperature are adjustable. Different from manual feeding for rounding, the continuous feeding conveyor makes the whole production process more efficient. It also can be connected with case-making machines or other production lines.
