Description

HXA420CBR Automatic Hardcover Spine Rounding Machine applies to round the back of the hardcover case, within the length of 420mm, and can adjust the heating temperature and time according to the book's requirements, to make all cover case backs shaping the same, automatic feeding, no need manual feeding, improve the efficiency.

Press out the middle back plate of the hardcover case into an arc shape matching the thickness of the book block, which is used to fit the book block after rounding the book block.

  • It is suitable for producing hardcover books of different sizes, small and medium batches, and personalized roundbacks.
  • Six different arc-shaped round-back molds are equipped as standard for heating and shaping, which is suitable for producing round-back hardcover books with various thicknesses.
  • Automatic feeding the hardcover case to the rounding station.
  • The heating temperature of the round-back mold is adjustable.
  • The setting time of bookcase pressing can be adjusted and set according to the demand.
  • The foot valve controls pneumatic pressure, and the pressure is adjustable.
  • Replace different arc-shaping molds and match round-back hardcover books with various thicknesses.
  • The arc die is replaced and pulled, which is loosened and fixed by pneumatic control.
  • Adopts pneumatic principle.
  • With heating function

  • Very easy and quick to change mold. Within one minute.
